Ticket purchases are processed by the external service provider
CTS Eventim Solutions GmbH

We process the data you specify in order to handle your order. You can at any time cancel your subscription to our informational material without giving any reasons and with effect for the future. The materials may be dispatched by external service providers, to whom we communicate your address data solely for this purpose and for one-off utilisation.
3. Media documentation at concerts
Some concerts receive media coverage in the shape of photo documentation, TV broadcasts or audio recordings. Visitors declare their consent to video and/or audio recordings or livestream broadcasts of their person during an event. We use the material for reporting and for purposes of archival and publicity. The pictorial and video material is used in due compliance with the German Copyright for Works of Art Act (particularly § 23 Para. 1 No. 3), which means: provided the connection with the public event concerned is clearly discernible, the images will be used without specific consent. If individuals are selectively depicted without the context of the event, a consent from the person(s) concerned will be obtained for using the data.
4. Using our website
When you call up our website, it is for technical reasons necessary to collect, to process, and to use certain data, so as to ensure faultless, stable and secure communication between your internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) and our server. Here, the following data are automatically collected:
- date and time of the request
- name of the file requested
- site from which the file was requested
- access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- web browsers and operating system being used
- complete IP address of the requesting computer
- volume of data transferred
We collect these data in anonymized form, so they cannot be linked to any particular or identifiable person. This is done for purposes of internal-system technical processing (establishing a connection), system security, technical administration of the system and network infrastructure and for optimizing the website and for statistical purposes. We reserve the right, however, to check the log file retrospectively if by reason of specific clues there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use. After the connection has been terminated, the data are anonymized by shortening the IP address on domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a link to individual users.

7. Using the ticket exchange
The ticket exchange serves to network ticket owners and ticket-seekers. In the shape of the ticket exchange, we offer an online platform on which concert tickets of the Mozartfest can be privately purchased, exchanged and sold. Sellers and ticket-seekers post their entries for offers and requests autonomously, and leave behind their data for making contact. The users of the ticket exchange can at any time alter, deactivate and delete their public entry. The Mozartfest Würzburg merely makes the platform available; purchases and sales are all between private individuals. For processing the web-based offers (Numbers 4 - 7), your personal data are collected by / forwarded to:
regiogate GmbH
Friedrich-Bergius-Ring 15

8. Embedded display of videos and flip page catalogs (data collection by third parties)
YouTube videos
On some of our subpages you will find embedded YouTube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can personally track your browsing behavior. You can prevent this by first logging out of your YouTube account.
If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior. If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.
For more information about YouTube's privacy policy, please refer to the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
9. Links to external sites
This website contains links to websites of our partners. If you click on one of these links, you will be automatically forwarded, and leave our website. For the handling of your data on the linked websites, the website operators involved are solely responsible. You are explicitly reminded that this data protection declaration applies solely for the website www.mozartfest.de. We have no influence on other providers, and do not check whether the currently valid data protection regulations are being complied with there.
10. Electronic post (email)
Information that you send to us unencrypted by electronic post (email) may possibly be read by third parties while being transmitted. We cannot as a rule check your identity either, and do not know who is concealed behind an email address. Legally secure communication using simple email is accordingly not assured. We use – like many email providers – filters against unwanted advertising (SPAM filters), which in rare cases will also automatically classify normal emails incorrectly as unwanted advertising, and delete them. We will in all cases automatically delete emails that contain harmful programs (viruses).
11. Data collection in connection with infection control measures (corona pandemic)
The collection of personal data for reasons of infection protection is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the currently valid infection protection ordinance.
Insofar as contact data are collected on the basis of protection and hygiene concepts in accordance with an infection protection ordinance in connection with the Corona pandemic - for the purpose of contact person identification in the event of an identified infection with the corona virus SARS-CoV-2 - surnames and first names, secure contact information (telephone number, e-mail address or postal address) and the period of stay are documented in each case. The documentation is stored in such a way that third parties cannot access it without authorization and the data is protected from unlawful processing and from accidental loss or unintentional alteration.
The documented data will be forwarded to the responsible health authorities at their request, insofar as this is necessary for contact person identification.
