1. Purchase of concert tickets
For handling your ticket orders (personally, by phone, by email, internet ordering form or a
printed order form), and for selling and invoicing ticket purchases, we process and store in
memory your address data, contact information, payment information and statistical analyses.
Ticket purchases are processed by the external service provider

CTS Eventim Solutions GmbH
Contrescarpe 75 A
28195 Bremen / Germany

The data are currently processed and used solely in the territory of the Federal Republic of
Germany, in a member state of the European Union, or in another signatory state to the
agreement on the European Economic Area.

2. Subscribing to our informational material by post
If you wish to receive our programme brochure and our other printed informational material
by post, you have to state your personal data (name, address, state, email) that we need for
processing your order. We process the data you specify in order to handle your order. You can
at any time cancel your subscription to our informational material without giving any reasons
and with effect for the future.
The materials may be dispatched by external service providers, to whom we communicate
your address data solely for this purpose and for one-off utilisation.

3. Pictorial documentation at concerts
Some concerts receive media coverage in the shape of photo documentation, TV broadcasts or
audio recordings. Visitors declare their consent to video and/or audio recordings or livestream
broadcasts of their person during an event. We use the material for reporting and for
purposes of archival and publicity.
The pictorial and video material is used in due compliance with the German Copyright for
Works of Art Act (particularly § 23 Para. 1 No. 3), which means: provided the connection
with the public event concerned is clearly discernible, the images will be used without
specific consent. If individuals are selectively depicted without the context of the event, a
consent from the person(s) concerned will be obtained for using the data.

4. Using our website
When you call up our website, it is for technical reasons necessary to collect, to process, and
to use certain data, so as to ensure faultless, stable and secure communication between your
internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) and our server. Here, the
following data are automatically collected:
• date and time of the request
• name of the file requested
• site from which the file was requested
• access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
• web browsers and operating system being used
• complete IP address of the requesting computer
• volume of data transferred

We collect these data in anonymised form, so they cannot be linked to any particular or
identifiable person. This is done for purposes of internal-system technical processing
(establishing a connection), system security, technical administration of the system and
network infrastructure and for optimising the website and for statistical purposes. We reserve
the right, however, to check the log file retrospectively if by reason of specific clues there is a
justified suspicion of unlawful use.
After the connection has been terminated, the data are anonymised by shortening the IP
address on domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a link to individual users.

When you access this website, we store cookies (small files) on your hard disk, which are
valid for the duration of your visit to the website. We use these solely for identifying you
during your visit to our website. Most browsers are set to accept the use of cookies, but you
can switch off this function for the ongoing session or permanently, by selecting the
appropriate setting at your internet browser. Upon completion of your visit, these cookies will
be automatically erased again from your hard disk.

5. Subscribing to our newsletter
You have an option for ordering our newsletter through this website. For the dispatch of our
newsletter – besides the indispensable communication of your email address – you grant your
consent by clicking on the “Request newsletter” button.
At registration, your IP address is stored in memory, so as to enable legal action to be taken
against fraudulent registrations. We use the email addresses to send confirmation mails for the
registration you have triggered. In accordance with the current statutory regulations, we
employ what is called the “double-opt-in” procedure. This serves the purpose of preventing
abuse. After you have registered, you will receive through the email address you have
specified an email confirming your registration, which you have to complete by actively
clicking on a confirmation link.
You can cancel receipt of our newsletter at any time without stating any reasons and with
effect for the future.

6. Contact option using our contact form and registration for the press distribution list
on the internet

This website contains a contact form and a registration option for the press distribution list, in

(ticket purchase or dispatch of informational material, etc.).

7. Using the ticket exchange
The ticket exchange serves to network ticket owners and ticket-seekers. In the shape of the
ticket exchange, we offer an online platform on which concert tickets of the Mozart Festival

making contact. The users of the ticket exchange can at any time alter, deactivate and delete
their public entry. The Mozart Festival Würzburg merely makes the platform available;

unwanted advertising (SPAM filters), which in rare cases will also automatically classify
normal emails incorrectly as unwanted advertising, and delete them. We will in all cases
