In 2008, the Vinothek Staatlicher Hofkeller opened in the Rosenbachpalais. The architecture of the Vinothek reflects the elements that are necessary for high-quality wine: water in the form of the course of River Main, which is embedded in stainless steel in the shell limestone floor, the floor in the form of large boulders, and the sun, represented by golden brass rods on the ceiling. In this impressive atmosphere, as part of the series »Allzeit«, prominent critics lend their voices to the literature that influenced Mozart and, to a considerable extent, impacted his curious mind.
